By car: Lausanne can be reached via freeway A1 at the Lausanne-Maladière exit. One can also take freeway A9 until the Lausanne-Vennes exit or the Lausanne-Blécherette exit. The Bellefontaine parking lot is 5 minutes walk away from the COS. You will find other car parks on the APPL website. To plan an itinerary, you can use Google Maps or ViaMichelin.

By bus or on the subway: several stops of the Transports publics lausannois (TL) are located within minutes of the COS: the Georgette stop (2 minutes), the St-François stop (5 minutes) and the Lausanne-Gare stop (10 minutes). Most of the TL lines go through one of these stops. The timetables are available on the TL website. For a route combining train, bus and subway, the CFF website can be consulted.

By train: The CFF train station of Lausanne is served by Lyria TGV (Dijon-Paris line), EuroCity (EC), InterCity (IC) and regional lines. From the train station bus stop (called Lausanne-Gare), you will arrive at the COS in 3 minutes with the bus line 1 direction Blécherette until the Georgette stop. On foot, the walk takes 10 minutes via the avenue de la Gare. The timetables and tickets are available on the CFF website.

By plane: the regional airport of Lausanne is 15 minutes away from the COS if the bus line 1 is taken from the Blécherette stop to the Georgette stop. One can also get a cab on the Taxi Services website or by calling the 0844 814 814. For more information, you can check the Lausanne airport website. The Geneva international airport is 50 minutes away from the COS if you use the railways.

By boat: with CGN ships, Lausanne-Ouchy harbour can be reached in 35 minutes from Evian-les-Bains and in 50 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains. Then, from the Ouchy-Olympique stop, you will get to the COS in 10 minutes with the bus line 2 direction Désert until the Georgette stop. Timetables and tickets are available on the CGN website.
